The convector module MP-300M carries out automatic control of AC-fans mounted in the convectors, as well as galvanic isolation of the fan motors from the alternating current network with voltage 220 V.
The module of the convector MP-300M works in conjunction with a thermoregulator, from which it receives commands to turn on or turn off the fans.
The MP-300M can control the operation of fans, the total power of which is less than 300 W. It can also be connected to other similar modules.
During the installation, it is necessary to provide air for cooling. Not allowed to be sealed in a wall. The cross-section of the wires connecting the module to the convectors must be selected depending on the distance between them.
The recommended length of the connecting electric cable (module-convector) is up to 15 m, the cross section is not less than 2.5 mm2, more than 15 m – from 4 mm2.
The wires connecting the module with the thermostat can be up to 40 m long and cross-section 0.5 mm2
Before connecting to the unit, it is necessary to clean each wire for a length of 5 mm, without breaking the cores and tightly twist the wires. In the case of poor quality stripping and twisting, it is possible to short-circuit the wire to an adjacent terminal or shoe.
All work on installation, repair, and dismantling must be carried out with the regulator off and the power of the device turned off.
It is forbidden to turn on the appliances when the top cover is removed. In case of moving the device from a cold room or a street to a warm one, before connecting it, it is necessary to allow the device to warm up for 2-3 hours.
When connecting or changing the module, it is necessary to disconnect the wires from the 220V power supply.
Relative humidity in the room should not exceed 80%.
The optimum ambient temperature is 10-35 ° C. **
Degree of dust – moisture protection: IP30
